It is true! We have moved to 315 E. Gray Street.

When?

We will begin classes in the new space the first week of October.

Where?

Oil & Clay Studio will be moving into the same building as The Standard, a new family friendly restaurant/tap room concept by the CTB group. The group has been renovating this historic building to become a place “where people gather, have genuine conversations and learn from each other so that we all grow and make each other’s lives richer.”

Some things to note:
- Our private, separate entrance will be off the alley, behind the building. The entire space will be our own, separate, area.
- Parents are welcome to walk through The Standard building to drop off or do so off the alley. They are also welcomed to grab a bite, pint, coke float or simply glass of water while waiting for their student to finish class.
- What other possibilities will this hold? Well, hopefully more community/adult classes! Our gears are turning, and we cannot wait.

Why?

Owning a business in a pandemic caused us to reevaluate and realize how we want our business to evolve. We focused more on our students and less on our store front. In 2020 we opened an online shop and began to sell our art through local businesses rather than in our own store. Our space on Main Street has been a wonderful home for the last five years, but the time has come for a change.

We can’t wait to share our creative space with you. 💜
